Refund policy

At Rescue Tails Creative, we are committed to providing high-quality, ready-to-use Canva templates designed specifically for animal rescues, shelters, foster networks, and nonprofit animal welfare organizations.

Because all of our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the download link or Canva template link has been accessed or delivered.

All sales are final

All sales are final on digital products. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing a non-tangible, digital product
• The product is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation
• No refund will be issued once the Canva template link has been sent or accessed
• Digital files cannot be "returned" in the way a physical product can

This policy is in place because the nature of digital products makes it impossible to verify whether a file or template has been used after delivery.

• Product preview images and descriptions
• Template dimensions and intended use cases
• Software requirements (a free or paid Canva account is required to use our templates)

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy on digital products, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:

• You were charged more than once for the same product due to a technical error
• The file or template link is defective and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 3 business days of your report
• You did not receive your download link due to a verified technical issue on our end

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at orders@rescuetailscreative.com and include your order number.

Our templates require a Canva account (free or paid) to access and edit. We are not responsible for issues arising from incompatibility with your Canva account type, subscription level, or any changes made by Canva to their platform or features after your purchase.

If you are unsure whether a template will work for your needs, please reach out before purchasing.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first is a violation of this policy. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback where a digital product was successfully delivered. We encourage you to contact us first - we are a small, mission-driven business and we want to make things right.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 3–5 business days (Monday to Friday, Eastern Time).

Rescue Tails Creative is a Canadian business based in Ontario. All transactions are processed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.
