Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Rescue Tails Creative website located at rescuetailscreative.com (the "Site") or purchasing any products offered through it.

By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Rescue Tails Creative is a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada. We design and sell digital Canva templates intended for use by animal rescues, shelters, foster networks, and nonprofit animal welfare organizations.

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

All products sold through Rescue Tails Creative are digital downloads - specifically, Canva template links. No physical goods are shipped. A free or paid Canva account is required to access and use our templates.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to your purchased Canva template(s) via email. This link allows you to make a personal copy of the template in your own Canva account.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. International customers may see prices converted to their local currency at checkout; the final charge is processed in CAD.

We use Shopify Payments to process transactions securely. By completing a purchase, you authorize the charge to your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices in effect at the time of your completed purchase will apply to that order.

All sales are final. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a template link has been sent or accessed. Please see our full Refund Policy for details and limited exceptions.

All content on this Site - including template designs, graphics, text, logos, and product images - is owned by or licensed to Rescue Tails Creative and is protected under applicable Canadian and international copyright laws.

Purchasing a template grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template as described in our Template Terms of Use. It does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights to you.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share purchased templates with third parties
• Claim authorship or ownership of any Rescue Tails Creative template designs
• Use templates in a way that violates Canva's Terms of Service
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm Rescue Tails Creative or other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no guarantees regarding results you may achieve by using our templates.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Ontario and Canadian law, Rescue Tails Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
